ScreenWorks limited lifetime warranty covers defects in the parts that we install as well as the labor associated with the repair. The warranty does not cover issues caused by liquid or physical damage.

Yes, we sell a variety of smartphones, tablets, and laptops. We also do custom PC gaming builds. Contact us to see what we have in stock, our inventory changes daily.
Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts. They are only a design and engineering company. The parts Apple uses in the iPhone are bought from Chinese vendors and assembled in China. Many of the parts we use come from the similar vendors in China. Though we cannot claim that our parts are “from Apple” they are manufactured to the same strict OEM specifications and we are often unable to tell the difference.

Water damage repair generally takes between 48 and 72 hours to complete depending on the level of damage. This estimate can vary however depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components. Typically we have a water damage repair success rate of 70%, though nothing is guaranteed to work and there is no warranty included for water damaged repairs.

Yes, we do sell (new) parts for the “do it yourself individuals.” If you are interested in purchasing a part, you can purchase and pickup at any of our locations. There are no return or exchanges on purchased parts once they are used.
